The decision to buy the 800JEXL juicer came after my wife and I went to her sister's house for a brunch after church. Her sister served no less than 7 kinds of fruit and vegetable juices!

Each type of juice had it's own "personality", so we had a fun and enjoyable time sampling them all!
We asked her how she managed to "juice" so many fruits and vegetables so beautifully. She told us that she had bought the Breville 800JEXLjuicer, about 2 weeks prior.

We asked her if we could watch the Breville 800JEXL Juice Fountain Elite 1000 Watt Juice Extractor in "action", and she said, "sure!"

She had a type of juice that combined apple with pear,(which I had never heard of), which was delicious, so we asked her if she wouldn't mind creating that type of juice.

So, she guided us over to the Breville 800JEXL, which she had conveniently placed on her kitchen counter. Our first impression was entirely favorable!. The 800JEXL really "dressed up" her already gorgeous kitchen! It is made almost entirely of stainless steel, which is notoriously both durable and attractive!

My sister in law explained that she had gotten the recipe for the apple/pear juice from a recipe book that came with the juicer. Apparently, all the juices we had tried at the brunch, were recipes that were taken from the book that came with the Breville 800JEXL.

My wife and I briefly scanned the recipe book, and knew that it would come in handy. She and I had not used a juicer for many years.

The Breville 800JEXL Creates"Liquid" Fruit!

My sister in law,(Stacy), decided to make an entire batch of the apple/pear juice for all the guests at the brunch, for it was very popular! She took out about 8 small apples,(not sure what type), and 6 small pears.

Amazingly, she did not even cut them up before "feeding" them to the Breville 800JEXL Juice Fountain Elite 1000 Watt Juice Extractor. Years ago, my wife and I had the original "Juiceman" juicer, and we had to cut our fruits and vegetables up in small sections.

It was a process that was kind of time consuming, and inconvenient. The feeding tube of the Breville 800JEXL is a whopping 3 inches in diameter, which is certainly large enough to handle small, whole, apples and pears.

As we watched the Breville 800JEXL do it's "thing", we had already made the decision to buy the 800JEXL!
